ANV: Resolution of the 2009 annual shareholders’ meeting
NamViet Corporation (ANV: NAVICO) has informed of resolution of the 2009 annual shareholders’ meeting as follows:
Article 1: Passing the following issues:
- Report of the BOD and Supervisory Board
- Business result in 2008 and plan for 2009, development orientation for 2012.
- Audited financial statement of 2008
- Report of profit distribution and dividend payment in 2008
- Compensation for the BOD and Supervisory Board in 2008 and 2009
- Chairman of the BOD who is also General Director
Article 2: Passing business plan for 2009:
- Total sales: VND3,020 billion
- Profit before tax: VND91 billion
Article 3: Passing unlimited delay of some projects which was approved in the 2008 shareholder’ meeting as follows:
- Aquatic product processing factory (not find appropriate land)
- Oil processing factory (not urgent)
- Value added product processing factory (not urgent)
Article 4: Passing distribution profit, dividend payment of 2009:
