MIC: Explanation for difference in operating result after auditing

Quang Nam Mineral Industry Corporation made 2008 operating result and after auditing the profit before tax decreased by VND 1,849,700,063. The company explained as follows:

1. Increase financial expense due to devaluation provision for long term financial investment: VND 1,849,685,565

2. Foreign exchange differences: VND 14,498

3. Decrease income tax due to decrease of profit before tax:  VND 200,200,324

4. Supplemented depreciation cost of fixed asset: VND 3,555,536,581
