- Profit before tax: VND 17,188,111

- Payables to the State: VND 6,617,900

- Salary fund: VND 45,759,810

- Averages income (person/month) : VND 3,467

2. Plan in 2009 (Unit: VND 1000)

-  Product: VND 400,000,000

- Revenue: VND 205,000,000

- Profit before tax: VND 13,500,000

- Salary fund: VND 63,550,000

- Average income (person/month) : VND 3,600

- Dividend payment: 17%

- Investment:

+ Implement all aproved projects

+ Buy share of a Hydropower Plant

+ Invest in a machine factory in Quang Ngai

- Mr. Nguyen Thanh Chi has resigned from Director

- Mr. Nguyen Huu Thanh ,Chair of the Board, will also be General Manager
