Kinh Bac City Development Share Holding Corporation announces the Board Resolution approved on 13/04/2009 as follows:

+ Bonus share issue and dividend payment 2008 plan

-          Stock type: Common stock

-          Par value: VND 10,000

-          Subject: shareholders who on the list of record date

-          Exercise rate: 2:1 (shareholder will recieve 1 new share for every 2 shares they own)

-          Total volume of shares to be offered: 65,041,330, in which

+ Dividend payment by share (20%): 26,016,532 shares

+ Bonus share issue to outstanding shareholders: 39,024,798 shares

-          Total par value of shares to be offered: VND 650,413,300,000

-          Number of share purchase rights will be rounded down to unit digit. With the odd-lot shares, company will buy back at the par value of VND 10,000/ share

-         Expected excersice date: QII-2009

+ Registration for depository and listing of new shares: All new shares will be registered for depository and listing on HASTC.
