ACL: Cancel the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting

Cuulong Fish Joint Stock Company (CL - FISH CORP) has informed of canceling the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting as follows:

Production is mainly strengthened at last months of the year thus the company decided to cancel the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting which was planned to hold on December 10th 2008. Doing a ballot for increasing dividend pay-out ratio (advanced payment in cash for 2008) to 60% will be discussed in the annual shareholders’ meeting which is intentionally held in March 2009. The shareholder list on the record date of November 7th 2008 is only used for the second dividend payment of 2008.
