GMC: Dissolution of Binh Tan wool plant

Saigon Garment Manufacturing Trade Joint Stock Company (GARMEX) has informed of dissolving the Binh Tan wool plant at E4/48, Binh Tri Dong B Ward, Binh Tan Dist., HCMC as follows:

The plant was established in 2004 with leasing premise in 5 year term. It has low investment capital. During the operation time, the plant has reached the plan of the company.

In order to muster human resources, the company has set up the Tan My Garment Limited Company to develop garment export and reduce wool products. Therefore, it decided to dissolve the wool plant and transfer all employees in the plant to the Tan My Garment Company at Industrial Zone, Hac Dich Commune, Tan Thanh Dist., Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province.
