VSC: Record date of a ballot

Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Company (VICONSHIP) has informed of the record date of doing a ballot as follows:

* Ex-right date: November 21st 2008

* Record date: November 25th 2008

* Purpose: doing a ballot for increasing dividend pay-out ratio (advanced payment in cash for 2008) to 50%/chartered capital.

* Exercise ratio: 1 share gets 1 vote

* Time of a ballot: from December 2nd 2008 to December 7th 2008.

* Place: No.11, Vo Thi Sau, Ngo Quyen Dist., Hai Phong City.

Viet Nam Securities Depository – Hochiminh Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for VSC on November 24th, 25th & 26th 2008.
