VIP: Construction of 25-storey building

Vietnam Petroleum Transport Joint Stock Company (VIPCO) has informed of starting construction of the VIPCO Tower as follows:

* On November 15th 2008, VIPCO officially started construction of the 25-storey VIPCO Tower at 37 Phan Boi Chau, Hong Bang Dist., Hai Phong City.

* VIPCO Tower costs more than 200 billion dongs with 25 stories, 3 basements and 1 technical floor. This is the first 3-basement building in Hai Phong.

* This building will be connected with the 17-storey building at 43 Quang Trung in order to create the integrated architectural block.

* The project is expected to put into operation in mid of 2011.
