- 1996: Established Ngo Han Limited Company, built a new factory and moved the head office to Dong Nai with a charter capital of VND50 billion;
- 2004: Conversion of Ngo Han Joint Stock Company (NHW), Mekong Enterprise Fund invested USD1.85 million in NHW, increased its charter capital to VND 63 billions;
- 2007: Increased the charter capital to VND277 billion by issuing shares to strategic shareholders such as Mekong Enterprise Fund II, BIDV Vietcapital;
- 2009: Increased the charter capital to VND229.5 billion;
- 2010: Listed on HOSE;
- 2013: Acquired Cuc Phuong Minerals Joint Stock Company;
- 2015: Delisted from HOSE. |
