On January 27, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Announcement No.71/TB-SGDHCM declaring the delisting of stock of Ngo Han Joint Stock Company:

–     Total value: VND229,506,270,000

–     Delisted on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange under Decision No.27/QĐ-SGDHCM dated January 27, 2015 by HOSE.

–     Reason: to implement according to Decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2014 No. 001/2014/NQ-ĐHĐCĐ dated April 25, 2014 of Ngo Han Joint Stock Company approved the voluntary delisting of NHW shares.

–     Effective date of the delisting: February 25, 2015
