NHW: Decision on the delisting of stock
On January 27, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Decision No.27/QĐ-SGDHCM declaring the delisting of stock of Ngo Han Joint Stock Company (stock code: NHW):
– Number of shares delisted: 22,950,627 shares– Total value: VND229,506,270,000– Effective delisting date: February 25, 2015– Last trading date on HOSE: February 24, 2015Reason: to implement according to Decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2014 No. 001/2014/NQ-ĐHĐCĐ dated April 25, 2014 of Ngo Han Joint Stock Company approved the voluntary delisting of NHW shares.
