On December 30, 2012, Hapaco Group Joint Stock Company announced a withdrawal of capital of HAPACO Hai Phong Paper Joint Stock Company (subsidiary of Hapaco Group Joint Stock Company) in Green International Hospital Joint Stock Company as follows:

-        Total shares transferred: 1,790,000 shares

-        Transfer price: not more than VND20,000/share.
