BCG: Increasing capital in subsidiary

The Board resolution dated December 02, 2022, the BOD of Bamboo Capital Group Joint Stock Company approved the additional capital contribution in BCG Energy Joint Stock Company (is a subsidiary of BCG). Details are as follows:

-        Additional contribution capital: 500,000,000,000 dongs.

-        Total contribution capital after the additional contribution: 320,300,000,000 dongs, accounting for 71.18% charter capital of BCG Energy Joint Stock Company.
