4)     Expected issue volume: 34,735,571 shares

5)     Total issue value: VND347,355,710,000

6)      Issue ratio: 16%

7)      Financial resource: Undistributed profit after tax. 

8)      Implement date: in quarter I/2023

9)      Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares (if any) will be canceled.
