ADS: Increasing capital in subsidiary

The Board resolution dated December 15, 2022, the BOD of Damsan Joint Stock Company approved the additional capital contribution in Ad Green Energy Group Joint Stock Company. Details are as follows:

-        Total contribution capital before the additional contribution: 39,600,000,000 dongs.

-        Additional contribution capital: 86,400,000,000 dongs.

-        Total contribution capital after the additional contribution: 126,000,000,000 dongs, accounting for 52.5% charter capital of Ad Green Energy Group Joint Stock Company.

-        Implement time: in Quarter I/2023.
