VIB: Increasing capital in subsidiary

The Board resolution dated November 18, 2022, the BOD of Vietnam International Commercial Joint Stock Bank approved the additional capital contribution in VIBAMC (is a subsidiary of VIB). Details are as follows:

- Charter capital of VIBAMC after the additional contribution: 350,000,000,000 dongs.
