TDM: Making capital contribution to GIWACO

The Board resolution dated November 16, 2022, the BOD of Thu Dau Mot Water Joint Stock Company approved to passe a plan to spend VND12 billion purchasing 1,200,000 shares of Gia Tan-Cam My Water Company (GIWACO), or acquiring a 20% stake in the latter.
