VHC: Contributing capital in TNG Food

On November 15, 2022, the BOD of Vinh Hoan Corporation approved the additional capital contribution in Thanh Ngoc Agriculture Food Company Limited (TNG Food) with the amount of VND158,134,433,600. Accordingly, total contribution capital after the additional contribution to VND228,134,433,600, accounting for 76.04% charter capital of Thanh Ngoc Agriculture Food Company Limited.
