CII: Withdrawal of capital from VPII

On November 21, 2022, Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company announced a withdrawal of capital in Vinaphil Technical Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (VPII) as follows:

- To invest in VPII: 499,998 shares or VND4,999,980,000

- CII hold 99.99% charter capital.
