The Board resolution dated November 17, 2022, the BOD of Lilama 18 Joint Stock Company approved a withdrawal of capital in Lilama 18.1 JSC

-          To invest in Lilama 18.1 JSC: 1,020,000 shares.

-          LM8 hold 40.96% charter capital.

-          Implement time: in Quarter IV/2022 – Quarter I/2023.
