TIP: Change of plan for using capital from the public offering

The Board resolution dated October 18, 2022, the BOD of Tin Nghia Industrial Park Development Joint Stock Company agreed to change the plan for using capital from the share public offering that approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders with details as follows:

Tin Nghia Industrial Park Development Joint Stock Company signed an agreement on investment cooperation with PetroVietnam Phuoc An Port Investment and Operation Joint Stock Company (PAP) at Phuoc An Industrial zone.
