VCI: Borrowing capital from foreign banks

On October 19, 2022, Viet Capital Securities Joint Stock Company signed the credit limit from foreign banks with total value of USD105 million (equivalent to VND2,573 billion) and expanded to USD150 million (equivalent to VND3,675 billion).
