LDG: Increasing charter capital in Binh Minh Seafood

On October 14, 2022, the BOD of LDG Investment Joint Stock Company approved the additional capital contribution to raise charter capital in Binh Minh Seafood Joint Stock Company. Details are as follows:

-          Charter capital: VND54,000,000,000 (LDG contributed 99.9% charter capital of Binh Minh Seafood Joint Stock Company)

-          Relationship with LDG: subsidiary

-          Expected issuance volume: 20,250,000 shares

-          Total value of issuance (at par value): VND202,500,000,000

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Capital increase form: to offer to existing shareholders

-          Plan for using capital of Binh Minh Seafood Joint Stock Company: to implement LDG Grand Ho Tram project.

-          Plan for LDG to contribute capital in Binh Minh:

+ Expected stock volume to contribute capital: 20,229,750 shares

+ Total value of capital contribution (at par value): VND202,297,500,000

+ Capital resources: LDG will use the proceeds from the share private placement that approved by the Annual General Meeting 2022: 200,000,000,000 dongs and the remaining amount LDG will arrange from other capital resources to contribute capital in Binh Minh.
