SHB: Increasing charter capital

On October 10, 2022, Sai Gon – Ha Noi Commercial Joint Stock Bank announces the approval to increase its charter capital to VND9,785,257,630,000 from the State Securities Commission. Accordingly, the increase of charter capital will be through the following forms: issuing shares to pay dividends, public offering and issuing shares to employees.
