ADG: Adjusting the plan for stock issuance to pay dividend

The Board resolution dated October 11, 2022, the Board of Directors of Clever Group Corporation approved the adjustment of the expected time to issue shares for dividend payment in Quarter IV/2022, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
