The BOD of Ha Noi South Housing and Urban Development Corporation approved a plan for issuing shares to the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP):

1. Stock name: Stock of Ha Noi South Housing and Urban Development Corporation
2. Stock type: common share
3. Par value: VND10,000/share
4. Expected issue volume: 1,692,280 shares
5. Total issue value: VND16,922,800,000
6. Issue price: VND15,000/share
7. Regulation on transfer: 100% of issue volume will be restricted in 24 months from the ending date of the offering.
8. Implement time: Quarter IV/2022.
