The Board resolution dated September 14, 2022, the BOD of Khai Hoan Land Group Joint Stock Company approved the plan for stock issuance under ESOP in 2022 as follows:

-         Stock name: Khai Hoan Land Group Joint Stock Company

-         Stock type: common share

-         Par value: 10,000 dongs/share

-         Number of shares expected to be issued: 6,376,000 shares

-         Total value (at par value): VND63,760,000,000

-         Issuance ratio: 1.44%

-         Time for transfer restriction: 03 years

-         Time of implementation: after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
