VPI: Contributing capital to establish an associated company

The Board resolution dated September 12, 2022, the BOD of Van Phu - Invest Investment Joint Stock Company approved to contribute capital to establish an associated company. Details are as follows:

-          Company name (estimated): Van Phu Hospitality

-          Head office location: 104 Thai Thinh, Trung Liet ward, Dong Da district, Ha Noi, Vietnam.

-          Charter capital: VND15,000,000,000 (VPI contributed VND4,500,000,000, equivalent to 450,000 shares, accounting for 30% charter capital of Van Phu Hospitality).
