QCG: Decreasing contributed capital in Diamond Bay

The Board resolution dated September 09, 2022, the BOD of Quoc Cuong Gia Lai Joint Stock Company approved to decrease contributed capital in Diamond Bay Joint Stock Company from VND149,975,000,000 to VND66,500,000,000, equivalent to the decrease of capital ratio from 25% to 11.1% charter capital.
