PVD: Approved the result of stock issuance for 2021 dividend payment

The Board resolution dated September 12, 2022, the BOD of Petrovietnam Drilling & Well Service Corporation approved the result of stock issuance for 2021 dividend payment with details as follows:

-          Additional issuance volume: 50,529,196 shares

-          Total value of additional issuance: VND505,291,690,000

-          Stock volume after the issuance: 556,296,006 shares

-          Total value: VND5,562,960,060,000.
