  The Board resolution dated September 08, 2022, the BOD of Viet Phat Import Export Trading Investment Joint Stock Company to pay cash dividend for 2021 and 2022 as follows:

-          Exercise ratio: 5% (500 dongs/share); Of which:

+ To pay first cash dividend for 2021: 4.5% (450 dongs/share)

+ To pay first cash dividend for 2022: 0.5% (50 dongs/share)

-          Payment date: September 30, 2022.
