ASM: Resolution on the dividend payment

The Board of Directors of Sao Mai Group Corporation approved to pay for the 2021 dividend in cash:

-          Payment date: expected in October 2022

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 15%/ par value (VND1,500/ share)

-          Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Sao Mai Group Corporation.
