On August 16, 2022, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued a document on the possibility of trading suspension for the shares of FLC Group Joint Stock Company (HOSE: FLC). Until August 15, FLC Group Joint Stock Company has not convened the annual general meeting of shareholders; not disclosed the 2021 audited financial statements; and not selected any audit firm for 2022.
