HAI: HAI shares likely to be suspended

On August 16, 2022, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued a document on the possibility of trading suspension for the shares of HAI Agrochem Joint Stock Company (HOSE: HAI). Until August 15, HAI Agrochem Joint Stock Company has not convened the annual general meeting of shareholders; not disclosed the 2021 audited financial statements; and not selected any audit firm to perform the audit of the 2021 and 2022 financial statements.
