Nam Viet Joint Stock Company announces the Resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting 2022 with the following contents:

1. Approved the amendment of the Company’s charter
2. Approved the additional election of Mr. Tran Minh Cong as Independent member of BOD.
3. Approved the additional purchase of shares of Saigon Development Corporation (SDC).
4. Approved the resignation of Nguyen Minh Triet as member of BOD for the term 2021-2025 from August 19, 2022.
5. The appointment of Mr. Tran Minh Cong as member of BOD for the term 2021-2025 from August 19, 2022.
