HU3: HU3 shares likely to be delisted

According to Decision No.218/QD-SGDHCM dated April 13, 2022 by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange, HU3 stock of HUD3 Investment and Construction joint stock company was put under supervision status from April 20, 2022 because the audited companies expressed qualified opinions on the audited annual financial statements for 02 consecutive years (2020 and 2021). This is subjected to the controlled securities.

On August 12, 2022, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange received the 2022 interim reviewed financial statements from HUD3 Investment and Construction joint stock company. Accordingly, there is still a qualified opinion on the 2022 interim reviewed financial statements.

Therefore, HOSE notes the possibility of delisting of HU3 stock if the audit company continues expressing a qualified opinion on the 2022 audited financial statements.
