SFI: Record date for 2021 dividend payment & holding EGM 2022 On July 22, 2022, Sea & Air Freight International announces the record date as follows:
- Record date: August 10, 2022
1. Reason & Purpose:
- To pay stock dividend for 2021;
- To hold the Extraordinary General Meeting 2022.
2. Content:
a. To pay stock dividend for 2021:
- Exercise ratio: 2:1 (Those who own 02 shares will receive 01 new share)
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to units, the fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.
- For example: at the record date, shareholder A owns 115 shares. With 2:1 exercise ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 115 * 1/2 = 57.5 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A will receive 57 new shares and the fractional shares of 0.5 share will be cancelled.
- Place of implementation:
+ For deposited securities: Shareholder will implement procedures to receive dividend at the securities company where shareholders opened securities depository account.
+ For undeposited securities: Shareholder will receive dividend at SFI’s head office on working days. Please present shareholder’s identity card/citizen identity card and Share ownership certificate when receiving dividend at the Head office.
b. To hold the Extraordinary General Meeting 2022:
- Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right
- Meeting time: expected in September 2022
- Meeting venue: 209 Nguyen Van Thu, district 1. Ho Chi Minh. HOSE
