VFG: Board resolution on cash dividend payment

On July 19, 2022, the Board of Directors of Viet Nam Fumigation Joint Stock Company (stock code: VFG) approved the following contents:

1. Report on the consolidated financial statements in Quarter 2 of 2022 and business performance in the first six months of 2022;

2. The ratio for the first dividend payment of 2022:

−        Payment method: in cash

−        Exercise ratio: 10%/par value (1,000 dongs/share)

−        Payment date: Quarter 3 of 2022.
