PVD: Stock issuance for dividend payment On July 22, 2022, Petrovietnam Drilling & Well Service Corporation announces the stock issuance to pay dividend as follows:

- Number of shares issued: 505,766,810 shares
- Number of outstanding shares: 505,350,810 shares
- Number of treasury shares: 416,000 shares
- Number of shares expected to be issued: 50,535,081 shares

- Issue ratio: 10% (10:1) (Those who owns 10 shares will receive 01 new share).
