SFI: Stock issuance for 2021 dividend payment On July 21, 2022, Sea & Air Freight International announces the stock issuance to pay dividend for 2021 as follows:

- Number of shares issued: 15,753,069 shares
- Number of outstanding shares: 14,023,057 shares
- Number of treasury shares: 1,730,012 shares
- Number of shares expected to be issued: 7,011,528 shares

- Issue ratio: 2:1 (Shareholder who owns 02 shares will receive 01 new share).
