MWG: Increasing charter capital in subsidairy

The Board resolution dated May 23, 2022, the BOD of Mobile World Investment Corporation approved the following issues:

1. Approved the increase of charter capital in Bach Hoa Xanh Technology and Investment Joint Stock Company:

-   Additional capital: VND13,890,000,000,000

-   Purchase volume: 1,389,000,000 shares

-   Par value: VND10,000/share

-   Time of implementation: May 2022.

2. Approved the transfer of 100% shares of Bach Hoa Xanh Trading Joint Stock Company to Bach Hoa Xanh Technology and Investment Joint Stock Company:

-   Transfer volume: 1,279,529,591 shares

-   Par value: VND10,000/share

-   Total value of transfer: VND12,825,295,910,000

-   Time of implementation: May 2022 or June 2022.
