SAV: Record date for dividend payment & stock issuance On May 20, 2022, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued an Announcement No. 1011/TB-SGDHCM about the record date as follows:

- To issue shares for increasing capital from the owner’s equity;
- To pay cash diviend for 2021.

- To issue shares for increasing capital from the owner’s equity:
- Exercise ratio: 100:15 (Those who own 100 shares will receive 15 new shares.)
- Expected issue volume: 2,343,629 shares
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to units, the fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.
