The Board resolution dated May 20, 2022, the BOD of Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank approved the plan for stock issuance under ESOP to increase its charter capital with details as follows:

-         Stock name: Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank

-         Stock type: common share

-         Stock code: TCB

-         Par value: 10,000 dongs/share

-         Charter capital before the issuance: VND35,109,147,980,000

-         Additional charter capital: VND63,237,160,000

-         Charter capital after the issuance: VND35,172,385,140,000

-         Number of shares issued: 3,510,914,798 shares

-         Number of outstanding shares: 3,510,914,798 shares

-         Number of shares expected to be issued: 6,323,716 shares

-         Total value (at par value): VND63,237,160,000

-         Issue ratio: 0.1801%

-         Issue price: VND10,000/share

-         These shares will be restricted in 01 year from the finish date of the issuance.

-         Time of implementation: expected in 2022, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
