-          Method: signing a transference contract

-          Planning date for interest payment: 31 March 2022 (or 15 Apr. 2022)

-          Recovery date: within 45 days as of signing day

-          Capital recovery: 120 bil. dongs

-          Profit recovery: 68.14 bil. dongs, including 4.25 bil. dong of interest expenses in 5 months 2022.

-          Profit before tax (excluding salary): 63.89 bil. dongs
