On March 24, 2022, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued an official document to remind and ask Vietnam Bank for Industry and Trade Securities Joint Stock Company to comply with the regulations on the disclosure of information because the Company announced the Board resolution on agreements with related persons later than prescribed.
