PTC: Adjusting the amount of shares of Huong Linh 8 Wind Power JSC

Post and Telecommunications Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company announce the adjustment to the purchase volume of shares of Huong Linh 8 Wind Power Joint Stock Company as follows:

-          Before adjusting:

+ Additional purchase volume: 7,554,000 shares, accounting for 21.1% charter capital of Huong Linh 8 Wind Power Joint Stock Company

+ Stock volume after the additonal purchase: 17,936,000 shares, accounting for 50.1% charter capital of Huong Linh 8 Wind Power Joint Stock Company.

-          After adjusting:

+ Additional purchase volume: 7,553,800 shares, accounting for 21.1% charter capital of Huong Linh 8 Wind Power Joint Stock Company

+ Stock volume after the additonal purchase: 17,935,800 shares, accounting for 50.1% charter capital of Huong Linh 8 Wind Power Joint Stock Company
