According to the Board Resolution dated March 24, 2022, the BoD of Superdong Fast Ferry Kien Giang Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Annual Report 2021.
2. Agenda an documents of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2022:

-          Meeting time: 8:30, April 27, 2022

-          Meeting venue: Windsor Plaza Hotel, 18 An Duong Vuong, District 5, Hochiminh City.

3. To sign an office lease contract in Ha Tien Town, Kien Giang Province.
4. To purchase spare parts and equipment for ship repair and maintenance.
5. To appoint Ms. La Xuan Dao, Independent Member of the BoD, as Member of the Audit Committee, effective from March 25, 2022.
