The Board resolution dated March 31, 2022, the BOD of Electronics Communications Technology Investment Development Corporation approved to receive the transfer of shares in Ha Noi Group Trading Joint Stock Company with the following details:

-          Purchase volume: 1,340,000 shares, accounting for 67% charter capital of Ha Noi Group Trading Joint Stock Company

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Purchase price: VND10,000/share

-          Total value: VND13,400,000,000.
