ABT: Approved the plan to issue shares under ESOP

The Board resolution dated April 19, 2022, the BOD of Bentre Aquaproduct Import and Export Joint Stock Company approved to implement the plan for stock issuance under ESOP as follows:

-         Stock name: Bentre Aquaproduct Import and Export Joint Stock Company

-         Stock type: common share

-         Par value: 10,000 dongs/share

-         Number of shares issued: 14,107,207 shares

-         Number of outstanding shares: 11,497,257 shares

-         Number of treasury shares: 2,609,950 shares

-         Number of shares expected to be issued: 280,000 shares

-         Total value of issue (at par value): VND2.800.000.000

-         Issue ratio: 2.453%

-         Issue price: VND20,000/share

-         These shares will be restricted in 03 years from the finish date of the issuance

-         Time of implementation: expected in Quarter II/2022, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC)
