The Board resolution dated April 18, 2022, the BOD of Viet Capital Securities Joint Stock Company approved to implement the plan for stock issuance under ESOP as follows:

-         Stock type: common share

-         Par value: 10,000 dongs/share

-         Charter capital before the issuance: VND3,330,000,000,000

-         Number of outstanding shares: 333,000,000 shares

-         Number of treasury shares: 0 share

-         Number of shares expected to be issued: 2,000,000 shares

-         Issue price: VND12,500/share

-         Total value of issue (at par value): VND20,000,000,000

-         Issue ratio: 0.6%

-         These shares will be restricted in 01 year from the finish date of the issuance

-         Time of implementation: expected in Quarter II/2022, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC)

-         Estimated charter capital after the issuance: VND3,350,000,000,000.
